And for you guys who are doing NaNoWriMo, down your food as fast as you can, kiss all your relatives then lock yourself in a room to write.

NaNoWriMo Update bubble wrap, Chris Baty, John Steinbeck, NaNoWriMo, NaNoWriMo Update, NaNoWriMo username 10:04 pm
I have been writing. I haven’t hit the 40,000 word threshold yet, but I am taking Chris Baty’s challenge to write 45,000 words by Friday.
Anyways, I added a link to the Fun Stuff page (trust me, it is one you want to check out). I have a ton of links I need to sort through but that can wait until December.
I will be adding a letter that I found from John Steinbeck later this week, so be prepared.
Anybody else as behind as I am this week? Well we need to support each other through to the end, so leave a comment with your NaNo username and I will try to send you (and vice versa I hope) some words of encouragement.
We will finish.
Blogtastic 911 Writers Block, Aspiring Writer, NaNoWriMo, update 1:25 pm
Heck yes! I added a link to the Fun Stuff Page and one to the Aspiring Writer page. They are good ones, so check them out.
Have a Writer’s Block 911? Try this page.
(Not the greatest but a very cute premise. If any of you can create a better version please give me the link.)
As for my writing … well, I am working on it.
NaNoWriMo Update canyon, NaNoWriMo, NaNoWriMo Update, pot hole, trial, word count 5:56 pm
No its not. I was going strong catching up with my word count when I was involved in a head on noveling collision. The story I am writing ended up having a trial: I know nothing about trials! I am struggling to keep going. This is such an important moment in my novel, I can’t just cut it. And I can’t skip over it because I have no idea what is supposed to happen next.
So I am still behind, but the huge canyon I had dug myself into is now only a pot hole. So a few more difficult days and I will be caught up. Thank goodness the trial I am writing is so huge, because all of my missing words will be found there.
So that’s what’s up. Anyone else have a similar issue to mine? Any advice?
PS – I added a link to the Serendipity: Plot Twist Generator on the Aspiring Writer page.
NaNoWriMo Update Monday, NaNoWriMo, Tuesday, update 12:48 am
Week one is over with and I am pretty proud of myself. Sure I’m a few days behind, but I have dug myself out of the hole with a writing schedule. I predict I will be caught up by Monday or Tuesday depending on how tired/ busy I am.
Anyways, that’s what’s happening with me. I wanna hear from you guys, how have you been doing week one of NaNoWriMo?
